Induction and Leadership Academy A PDE-approved program meeting Act 48/PIL requirements for all new principals in Pennsylvania's public schools This cohort-based program: - Focuses on professional skills and job-embedded application of theory - Supports new principals and assistant principals throughout the first three years - Prepares successful leaders for 21st Century schools - Includes cohort seminars and in-school mentoring sessions. Dates for seminars: October 22 and November 5, 2011 and March 17 and June 16, 2012. Earn 6 credits in one of two ways: - Act 48/PIL (non-credit/transcript) for $280 per credit or - Widener University (graduate credit*/transcript) for $674 per credit *Credits transfer to the Ed.D. and/or Superintendent Letter of Eligibility programs Program Coordinator: Arlen C.
